Tom’s book Social Selling discusses and touches on many areas of building fantastic relationships on social media and generating leads and revenue online by leveraging those social media sites.
Having a website where people can search and find you Google is a good start but people are mostly looking for services or expertise on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Google+. Therefore, having a profile that is optimized for your target market is very crucial in this success. Tom mentioned that people need to change the way they sell because customers are changing the way they buy. We need to be searchable on social media and we need also to be findable.
One the most important tips of the show is actually how to get to know which social media site your customers are on.
